National Butchers Week is an annual celebration of the skill, knowledge, and craftsmanship that goes into turning quality livestock into the cuts you know and love. Originally established in the UK in 2008, the spirit of this week has grown worldwide — and we're proud to carry that torch right here in Eunice, Louisiana.

It's an opportunity to shine a light on the men and women behind the counter and the cutting floor. The butchers who show up every day with dedication, precision, and a deep respect for the animal and the customer.
